I got a shipment of The Deadbeat yesterday. They were straight from the printer. They smell inky and fresh. My house does as well. I feel as if I've given birth. I am a happy fella!
Hey Jeremy! I met you at G2K games last Saturday in Claypool Hill. I got the book and I really enjoyed it! I am Mike Hatfield the co creator of THE BEAR KING. Dude your book was excellent. It had HEART. That is something that comics often do not have. I am a single dad of a little girl so it rang that bell for me too. Congrats man.
