I've been sketching.

I've been sketching away trying to get the look of the characters for my next graphic novel. I've decided to serialize it online as well as print them up. I got really tired of the convention circuit this past year, if it wasn't for the company of Matt Smith, Dr. Rainey MD and others I wouldn't have been able to stomach it. Anyway, my family and I are in the middle of moving and having another baby, so I want to get a good buffer of pages done before this things live. But, I should be moving fast because my schedule is more condusive to having drawing time. So here are a bunch of character sketches....Enjoy (there may be boobies)

Alterna Sketch Cards.

Peter Simeti the publisher of Alterna comics had this cool idea for these collector sketch cards made up of original art. Check it our here. Alterna Sketch Cards. Here are my entries.

WHAT'S THE POINT

BUKOWSKI

Mysticon Friday and Saturday.

I will be at Mysticon in Roanoke Friday and Saturday. The website has no useful information like when it starts or anything, though I hear some people from Battlestar Galactica are going to be there. Sexy Sexy Richard Hatch Oh yeah!!! I hear there's a drum circle and lots of cosplay going on too. I will need a stiff drink before.

More Ipad Sketches

IPAD Drawings

I got this app for my IPAD called Sketchbook Pro. I got a stylus too and spent the entire day doing sketches. There are a few of Matthew Smith's characters from the Simon Says Issue I'll be doing for him. It was fun to fool around with. not very tight but fun.

An old friend of mine.

The Deadbeat was in black and white, so we never really got to see him like this. Weird eh?
